Day 5 almost over and I've done well so far! Congrats to all of you who got this far or more!!!

Anyone else have the feeling their skin, specially their scrotum is on fire underneath??? This happens every day for me.

whenever I feel that it is easy and I have done a good job until now, I relapse again.
This makes me afraid of these feelings.

Since others have done it and end their addiction, we can do it and we will.

Day 7 on course! I nearly relapsed and even opened a porn site but I never fapped. Pheeew!
