I feel I made great mental progress the last couple of years. But counter says only 2. Numbers confront us truely to ourselves.

Well why the heck not. (Day 0 starting NOW.)

Guys I am coming back to NoFap after a major hiatus. I often use Fortify which is a helpful platform for curriculum and coaching, but I love the NoFap community! Gonna do this three-day challenge and along with it, see if I can take a walk every day during this challenge. This will help my mental health and clear my head.
