I can't believe how quickly time has gone. I have come to realise just how I have been brain washed over the years in placing such importance in sex. You don't hear about sex being mentioned as a must in achieving nirvana yet sex and fantasizing about sex was pretty much all I did. I can't believe how stupid I have been.

Up to 102 days y'all. This is going well and starting to feel less flatlining and stronger erections with partners.

Unfortunately experienced some PE yesterday...not super quick but quite quick.

Day 90. Well I kept the faith, fought the good fight and finished the race so to speak. I'm not going back again to PMO which I thought I woyld do but I realise I can't do moderation so no way. Good luck to the rest of you on this thread and Please realise that if I can complete 90 days without PMO anyone can.
