I relapsed im starting again from today 0 /90

 

After nearly 10 months I watched porn last. I'm really annoyed that I did. One thing led to another and I decided that I would watch it. The frustrating thing for me is the feeling that I could not see my goal through.

I am going to go back to the drawing board and set myself 10 days challenge before deciding how long to attempt next time.

 

In the 365 day challenge forum you said you are on day 174 and here you are on day 44????
