This morning, I had a wet dream without a dream lol.
Today was tough too, but slightly better. I feel sick, i hope it is jus a normal cold hahahh. I saw a couple of triggers today, so yeah ...

I feel like the days are going by way faster, especially the last few days!
Maybe it is because I feel like I can enjoy life more without PMO!
Really glad with the progres so far! Reasons and urges for PMO are getting fewer and fewer, whilst the reasons to not do PMO are getting more and more!

 

I'm currently doing the 10 day challenge. I be here once that challenge is over. Good luck guys

Day 8/90. A really good day but need to be wary of the upcoming days. I’ve noticed that often the hardest days come after the best days.

Fallamos... no puede ser, terminé mi racha de más de un mes en minutos. Estoy muy decepcionada... pero no importa, no voy a volver a recaer. Volveré a empezar. Si podemos, esto no me va a tumbar. FIGHTING!!!
