Hii guys i need to ask something, i am trying to do 90 days challenge and i am now in one month and a few days clean! this afternoon i went asleep, i had a blue dream (it felt so real) i had a little ejaculation in it and from it .and i woke right away in fear (like i knew what i am doing and i didnt stoped it) . So thats my question , does a ejaculation (little) from a blue dream counts a relapse? was it ever in my control ? I am in paranoia right now i would be happy to know ! Sorry for my english

Hello! Ejaculating in a dream does not count as a relapse! But it might make it harder for a couple days, not as hard as the first weeks tho.
