    Day 68
Thank you, and I wish you all the best on your journey. Personally I don't recommend fasting from food...perhaps just between one and four meals a week...can fast from other things in life...I know from experience that skipping meals often messes with our endocrine system, which affects our ability to make clear decisions, and our mood. That's a recipe for disaster when trying to manage urges. Anyway may God bless you.

I was referring to the Daniel fast, it's a fast that includes food that is outlined in the book of Daniel. You abstain from certain foods with a select set of foods. It's a pretty healthy diet. It reboots your system and doesn't deprive you of nutrients. It's a healthy route. The Pharisees did fasts without food, I don't see too many specific examples of those in the bible as being recommended or yielding benefit. I appreciate your advice. I could use prayers. I will continue to pray for your success in purity as well.

    Day 7 completed successfully
For the past 3 days, I am doing lot of binge watch in phone or in youtube. Basically, brain lacks surge in dopamine. Lukily I didn't stuck in any horny images or videos.

I feel binge watching is the most vulnerable stuff. I am on automotive mode in scrolling youtube shorts for more than an hour...

I just checked my screen time for the past 3 days, it was showing like 5h 6 mins fuckkkkkkkk!!!

I have to wake up and I am damn sure this leads to FAPPPPPPPPPPPP

I want to share my learnings in this platform, please guys, be in check with your screen time after a week of NoFap( energy getting wasted without our knowledge) - I feel so so tired and lethargic and this again demotivated.
My inner voice telling me, see even after nofap, you are feeling tired and so go and fap. This "NoFap" is Bull shit!!!

I feel that I didn't channelised my energy properly for the past 3 days.

    Take away
For one week, I will reduce the screen time, I will utilize phone only for calls and office use like checking emails, teams chat and stuff.

I will post my thoughts after a week for sure - It's tough but, I will do it

    Day 10! Double digits.
Trying to stay away from everything pmo, including this site, but wanted to share my progress!

  12. Day 2 it's tough from last time i guess . Once was out from this pmo thing and then had a gf which made me sex addict . And when we are having a long distance i am feeling the same way as before . But i am not sure that premature ejaculation is a part of it or not . So I have decided to go for 3 months NoFap and no porn . Hope it clears some air and sort things out for me .

Pmo is suffering. Each time we choose a pmo session, we are inviting demons yo our life. Today's life is a result of yesterday's actions. Pmo is a negative thing so it will attract neg things to one's life. Stop this demonic sacrifice and start to live a life.
