Yeah , go for cold showers. take time to thing how in the past you have successfully beat urges or suppressed them. When you find those, add them in your daily routine. Develop your own system.
Day 15 again! Spartan Trainee at last! It was better this time, although my HOCD continues hanging around whereas the first time it was nearly completely gone. Good thing is that it doesn't affect my everyday life!
