Day 0.. Just relapsed on a 16 day streak. I'm very disappointed but I feel like this streak was very valuable to me in terms of self reflection. It was also the longest I've had in a while. I'm very confident my new streak will be even longer. Here we go
1/90 Back on track! However, my energy is so low. I have been yawning so frequently and can't get anything done. Yesterday was the same. It has now dawned on me quite hard this time that semen loss through masturbation leads to an insane loss of energy and motivation. Having this knowledge and still relapsing is just plain crazy. Addiction is just crazy! Anyway, I have to keep hoping and maintain my optimism that one day soon I will recover.
Day 85 Starting to increase my workouts slowly, did some squat thrusts, press ups and sit ups this afternoon. Bought some dumbells also. Definitely makes me feel better after a workout and also makes me eat healthier too.
Day 0 - relapsed. Got to 13 days but I need to think of some strategies for getting through big urges, which usually hit around this time. Especially after a long stressful day at work
