32/90 Another long day and with ups and downs but got through it.
Day 7! First week over.

Unfortunately failed and relapsed. It was very stupid how I relapsed. I have learned my lesson and move on with the journey.
August Challenge (August 12th)
Wake up at 6am or earlier: 10/31

No social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, Reddit e.t.c): 13/31
No using my phone in bed: 0/31 (Failed)
Read at least 4 books: Book 1 [12 Week Year: Finished reading]; Book 2[15 Invaluable Laws of Growth: 16.1% Complete]
Run 50 KM: 19.89 KM
Software/Web Development Learning (120 hours in aggregate minimum): 17 hrs 34 mins
3000 pushups: 445 (+50)
5000 ab crunches (Different Variations): 600 (+70)
2000 air squats: 250 (+40)

Even this long into my reboot I still have days where I have withdrawal symptoms, I get angry over the slightest things, irritability, mood swings ect I guess its because we are depriving the brain of its fix .... and its pissed. Its a long road this reset
