Day 82 of my 90 day challenge. Urges are definitely becoming fewer and further between. Keep on going everyone, one day at a time and as time goes on the days look after themselves

Meeting some friends this evening to watch the boxing. Will have a few beers but not goner overdo it. Don't wanna be laying in bed tomorrow hungover. Hangovers are no good for porn addicts lol

Day 5,6,7 Some shitty things happened in my life. But I am still here.

Day 1

Feel very tired and kinda getting more spaced out as the day wears on. I wonder if it's to do with the reboot? I have a feeling it plays some role as the first day has got to be tough on a PMO addicted system.

I had all these weeds growing out of the cracks in my deck and there were dead leaves all over it as well as many dead plants from previous years. Cleaned it all up today after procrastinating for months and not doing it last year at all.

I spent a lot less time on Youtube today than normal and walked plus listened to my audiobook of "Your Brain on Porn" instead. I'm planning to walk and revisit a number of old audiobooks as much as I can to replace Youtube browsing as much as possible. Hope my legs can take it!

I start my journey from 1st step and it is the third step on which I have reached
I must reach the step 90 one day InshaAllah.
Its only 87 days left to meet my goal.
