I feel like I waste way too much time on porn and mastuarbation.
I really haven't told anyone abt my addiction to porn but I feel like it is getting out of control..
I hope this will help me get rid of my misery

I'm really having some fantasy dreams, but I didn't had any wet dreams so it's good. I'm learning new stuffs nowadays, and I would like to keep learning new sports like swimming, and tennis.

Day 6! I don’t know if there are rules about replying to other people’s posts but congrats to everyone working toward completing their challenge.

Part of my issues is that I try to do everything alone; not rely on others; and not ask for help. That hasn’t worked out great. So I am committed to a change. Part of my 90 days is also to reach out to someone new each day and give them encouragement, give a like, congratulate them on an accomplishment, or just ask them how they are doing.

I joined NoFap to find a community, I look forward to trying this new path.
