Currently on site, at work so I'm making money and healing my brain at the same time and feel good progress in both. Sleep deprived massively though and this job dosen't suit me at all. I'm feeling much better in terms of PMO. I'm currently three weeks clean (need to update the signature). Honestly I feel like doing bad with MO was the was the main reason the break up happened. I just feel not myself whilst struggling with it. Currently I just feel very sad at times but I'm really using this energy to battle MO and defeat it once and for all. Good luck with your new streak.

 

Yes, I know how it can interfere with life when we struggle with this & with ourselves. Thank you, all the best on yours too.
