  Before it was music, now it's the most significant thing that almost made me lose myself. You lighted me up due to what you said I was watching on YouTube and could diagnose the problem from a better perspective. Thought I will live with this forever.

    go for it brother. i know its not easy. you might think you'll go nuts. thats the point. if you've never done this in your life, you have to go through this. you have no idea how entanglend our mind is.

    closing eyes helps to avoid distractions. i would have my eyes closed at the beginning, sometimes the whole session. finding the right place is also important. i wouldnt do this at home, its difficult. find a nice quiet place. i use to go to church. nature is perfect aswell. or a bench at a cemetery. all the best my friend!

    i havent read any books, but i can recommend you audio talks. this one is by fr ripperger, a catholic priest, and i highly recommend it even if you are not religious at all: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0UVcQy65rB0
