I always used PMO as a way to escape discomfort. We have to accept discomfort and deal with it, as it's a part of normal life.

@Roady sorry I forgot to respond. This year I've grown a lot of stuff. Right now, Tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, jalapenos, kale and brussels sprouts are growing :)

You can't fall behind. That's possible only if you compare yourself to others, which isn't an healthy thing to do.

Those who know try to get real recovery. Those who think that abstinence will be recovery will need much more time and one message wouldn't affect them. This understanding I guess comes from inside.
