Day 4. Feels more like a week. That's okay. It means I've sailed through some of the early relapse urges. We can do this.

Day 1. Sort of odd to be back here. Okay. recognize the good in all you can. "Focus on the progress, not the gap". Affirm what you want.

I expected too much from myself to stop "cold turkey". I'd used it to cope for over a decade. But now, I have had some streaks. It's time.
