  That's alright. I haven't quit pmo 100% either. I just cut it out of my life like 80%. I don't feel bad. I'd go like a week or 2 and then release. Imo you can't really deny sexual build up for the rest of your life anyway

  When you eventually get into a relationship or whatever your gonna release anyway, so you gotta accept that yes u are going to feel weaker after 2 releases but you should recover based on a sperm boosting diet

  I had this thought process. Eventually I found that I had a hard time actually giving up porn. It is easy to continue justifying watching porn so make sure you don't slip back.
