hmm... things must change. i am lost. i am grateful for NoFap has helped me, with porn. however that's not enough change for a life.

quitting porn so far has helped me appreciate the real beauty of girls.

today's run : 20'56"

i ran for 22'18" today. it's been a while since it's been so good to run. in the dark. the sky's nice shades of yellow blue.

tired ! from hard work. that's my penance for laziness.

went for a 20' run as a penance for resetting my counter.

little accident last night, i was half conscious when it happened.

started to tidy up my room, i want it to be shiny and neat before i sleep tonight. eight and a half hours left. it is manageable.

spent too much time in the afternoon playing some video game i might consider stupid... i might also delete my save, just to not come back.

for some reason i feel full of energy... well, i know how i will NOT use it !

thank God for making the world less boring with beauty and women... and for making it more challenging.

Day 80, twenty more to go ! i am not taking it for granted. i'll train my body now.

finished writing epoch 6 from my Past Authoring program

i ran for twenty-something minutes... i feel the weight of the world on my shoulders... i wish i was in better shape.

ok so it seems i have an internet addiction, porn might still be lurking, but it seems my fight will have to be broader...

done writing Epoch 4/7 for the Past Authoring Program... this is takes more time than one would expect !

alone for a week. the path to salvation leads through deserts...
