I need to take this more seriously again if I am to move forward. That means actually putting my RPP into effect when it is needed.

I need to be serious about recovery again. I have been having a really bad no PMO week after making 2 months of good progress.

Had a good therapy meeting. Got a lot of heavy stuff out. I am truly ready to continue. I will keep moving forward.

After a pretty bad relapse I am serious about trying again. I have a million excuses but none of them matter. I need to actually want this.

Reset another 5 day streak. There is something about this I am doing wrong. I am transparent with those I love and still am struggling.

No slips since last update, doing pretty ok. Going on a trip tmw.

slipped hard today. Need to be kinder to myself. 2 weeks no P is serious progress from the start of Jan.
