Moving towards Day 7, Day 6 night all electronics gonna be put away at 10:30 pm and to sleep by 11 pm. Waking up at 6 am tomorrow. Fighters!

Good Morning Warriors! Day 6 begins early on. Woke up at the alarm set time with snoozing only once. Let’s get this beast rolling. Dream on.

Day 6 tomorrow and important weekend for me. Wish me luck guys! Going to stay strong! What say? Push-ups at night to get to sleep, let’s do!

Had dinner at 8:15 pm and watched a movie slumberland. Recommend it. Make your dreams come true in waking world not just in dream world.

Good Morning Fapstronauts! Day 5 begins. Going to get some water and get going for the day. Relatively way better clearheadedness today.

Day 4 check in, went for a walk in the woods. The day ended well and I am going to sleep. Stay motivated guys n gals. We can do this. ☑️

Feeling so energetic but chaotic, gonna put a playlist of pomodoro timer to work productively and push till 5 pm to work then go for a walk.

I am at work now and not been able to focus. Spending time working on random net surfing. Still better than giving up and going back to PMO.
