It's crazy how depressed I feel when i'm not engaging in PMO, the lack of dopamine is really getting to me. More meditation time is needed.

2/2 I’m annoyed that you can’t immediately delete an email, it takes 30 days, it’s tied to a camsite account & I’m trying to cut all access.

Unfortunate setback! I recommend the book "Your Brain On Porn" if you haven't already read it, offers a few more tools and helps understand the brain mechanics
