    Just a today's thought about lust and pmo- Lust hooks us through P and/or M to eventually take our power and health away through O or NE or WD. Some of us think that having sex with real partners for the sake of experiencing pleasure arising from stimulation of sex organs is good. Well I think it's not ,it is lust and very destructive and only keeps internal lust growing and getting ready to engage in all sorts of M and P...and as a matter of fact I think that sex for the sake of sex (not solely for the procreation as it is meant to be) is very much a good porn came alive so that we can not only watch but take real part in it by trying from memory all we ever saw and remember. Without refusing to entertain lust there can't be any serious progress in recovery from sex related addictions.
