I relapsed quite often the past weeks. But here I am again and I start now with the Challenge. It's Day 1/21 for me

 

Day2 just caught cold, i think im going to have fever...

Day 14/21 Done
Woke up today with brain fog for some reason and I’ve been feeling out of it all day. Couldn’t do what I had planned to do due to the freezing weather outside which is a bummer.

Today was awesome, I went to watch black panther with friends after school , very nice movie. Afterwards I did some school work and read a book, going to bed soon.

Day 3 and 4.

 

Day 0 of 21. Had a relapse. So sorry.

Starting Day 9

 

Day 17. Urges hitting me left, right and center. Specially in the morning. Need to keep myself as busy as possible.

Day 4

 

Day u/21, urge is strong enough to drew me from my daily activity , need to strengthen my will to fight the addiction
