3 days done. Holding back the Urges pretty easily so far. Yesterday was a very important day and I wasn't home the whole day and today was just a regular day.. I really got into programming lately and I do it every day now because it also helps me to forget about PMOing a lot and well, I'm less bored then. But coding is not the only thing, I generally try to do more, to do something and not to just waste my precious time with watching YouTube or some shit like that, and I would really recommend you to do that too... See ya guys.

Day 8/21 is done. Strong urges today with all the old fantasies coming back to me. I start to question myself if this challenge is really worth it. But spending time in prayer and meditation helps me to press on.... Amen.
