Day 2/21. Went for a 5km run today. Feeling good after that. Maintaining regular sleep schedule helps.

Find someone you can share your emotions with, especially related to porn/masturbation. Either use a journal, or a phone call, or an app like marco polo. I would say every day, pmo is tricky it can get you really fast. Take you down in a couple minutes if you're not sharing your emotions and feelings and actions with someone else.
Do healthy things. Go on walks, don't watch triggering content, etc.

I’ve completed the 7-Day and 14-Day challenges, but have been internally dreading the 21-Day challenge. I’m starting off fresh as I have been relapsing for the past few weeks. I’m really hoping this can lead to some positive changes in my life. Any advice on how to sustain longer time periods of no PMO would be greatly appreciated. Day 0 begins.
