[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 19th completed.

 

After the a complete binge for the past 2 months due to stress, drugs, alcohol, and just an unhealthy life choice.

I have braved my self back on to this forum, which I always do when I hit my lowest point. I hate my self right now, due to doing everything I have learned not to through my time on this forum and just my overall behaviors that go against my morals.

I always found these challenges helpful for me and put me on for day 0.

I will post my story soon. I am devastated. I cannot believe how back tracked I have gone. What I learned, from this lesson is to avoid everything that can cause addiction. Really need some support right now. Thank you guys for listening.
