1/30. Relapse yesterday, but I'm back, and I'm stronger. Good luck to everyone!!
Finishing my day 3 .. here I leave you something, friends. To find out if something is good for you, you have to ask yourself two simple questions .. where does it take me? and how would it leave me?. good night!
You would see girls as normal people when you're on a high streak but fantasizing would slow down your reboot so you should avoid it at all cost. Meditation would help in this case
Edit: As Sirus suggested, making eye contact with them would definetly help in this case as well. It helped me

Sorry I wasnt more clear, basically If you are feeling triggered, look away. Looking down shows weak body language which doesn't help you in anyway so try to keep it to a minimum. I find looking left,right or up for a second or two helps me keep control of myself. Then I make eye contact so that the person am talking to knows they have my attention.
Also the more time you spend making eye contact, the less time you spend looking at what triggers you.

23/30 become harder than I think
Day number 4 was my typical relapse day. For like 3 years. Always on day 4, like clockwork. If you havn’t put web blockers on, do it. It helps
On day 10 mofo’s!! Chaser is always chasing me.

I relapsed. Need to start again. Coming days I will wright more about me. This challenge is really serious for me.
