Day 2 of 30 here ,going strong
Day 19: Still the middle of the day, but doing well nonetheless. A few urges, still resisting.
Day 13 of Day 30
Day 6 of 30. Discipline is lacking. Probably an artifact of being overworked. Time wasting last night was big. I didn't indulge in PMO. Just a lot of G rated music videos until the wee hours of the morning. No PMO but no rest either. Wearing myself down like this is a predecessor of a PMO session. Next time, when I am this overworked, I just need to go to bed.

Day 8 and terrible urges but i keep strong!
Relapsed. Start over tomorrow
Day 7 of 30. First week is done.
Day 19(corrected): I made a mistake on my last post yesterday thinking it was day day 19, but it was actually day 18.
Last night was extremely difficult. The urge really hit me and I came really close to relapsing. Too much time alone has always been a bad thing for me. I'm really glad I didn't lose to my urges, but that was way too close. Have to keep resisting and complete the challenge!
