Victory! Wah! I had the toughest battle yet with urges yesterday. The urges were at their strongest and most deadly. However, I prayed to God, meditated, scheduled activities including coding challenges and went to bed early. I am glad I did not give in to the urges. Sunday nights are by far the deadliest period of time for me to relapse looking at my days' tracker and journal. My anxiety is usually at its peak during this period. I need a plan of action for this.
Sup guys so day 4 and well so right now is my first time I do stovetop oats... the texture is amazing this is 100x better than microwave oats. But this morning I wanted to relapse it’s all cool though I counted to 3 started boxing the air and took my dog for a walk
