That's good. Being prepared for the urge is important. If it hits you unexpectedly, you're more likely to relapse.

I relapsed on the 13th but I have jumped back up again. No time to dwell over what has already happened

Doing pretty good! Sometimes the number of days in the challenge seems intimidating. But I wanted to make a strong commitment--in the past, when I've tried starting with the shorter challenges and then doing progressively longer ones, I have found myself completing the first few but not sticking with the longer ones.
