I've relapsed after 6 good days. Well, back to Day 0/7 then...
6 days completed...Feeling more confident, easily aroused, stronger physically, and energy levels higher.
Onto 14 day challenge now.

Day 5 for me
Day 1 in the bag. Ready to face day 2. The fog is lifting, I'm afraid of what I'll find. But whatever it is, I'll face it instead of running away to PM.
Almost relapse on my day 2. But I managed it and now on day 3. Hopefully I survive this day.

Back to day 0. I made it one more day than last week. I'm going to try persevere, starting later today.
I ended up staying up and reading erotica . Starting over and aiming to be more disciplined in bed times.
7 days completed...urges were strongest this morning and last night in while. I was very aware of them and started putting my mind to something else. I was watching "funny charles barkely and shaq talk show thing" it was a good distraction for 20 minutes and made me laugh. I forgot about the urges. This morning, I had to get ready for work so no real option to PMO. on to the 14 day challenge
