I screwed up bad
First time that I jogged today. Feeling tired but also happy (and a bit sick)

Day 123 no alcohol or caffeine
Day 91 weight training
- ewww, hit the 3 week mark today, yay!
- feeling tired as I did not sleep well last night but due not to peeing in the night - recently I have not even had to go at all in the night - I think my prostate maybe healing after 40 years of edging abuse
- I also think my yo yo dopamine levels have restored to normal now after almost 4 months of abstaining from porn - is helping me sleep better most days too
- stay strong friends, it's worth it in the long run as you get your life and health back
Day 4 I am good today but I need to find sth to keep busy myself.
