Day 6 of 90 Well yesterday was a better, no heated discussions, just some good talk, I sent her a couple of love notes, I will try to do that every day. Running late getting out the door for work, stay strong we can do this!

Relapsed. Day 0 of 90...
Day 21/90. Feel better than yesterday. More energy and no urges.
17, 18, 19/90 ... couldn't update due to exams
Day 0/90 .I relapsed
Day 26 still going got a long way to go and am really struggling

Day 0,1, and 2 done
7th day. Taking control on myself. Observing self is begining of self realization. Daily routine has changed drastically. Rather allocating hours, started to allocate 30 minutes for a task. So I have 48 half an hour in a day. Small task, big accomplishment, greater motivation.
I relapsed yesterday. Ever since I got on this really bad streak of PMO, it's been a lot harder. I'm going to go back to the 30 day challenge. Wish me luck!
