74/90. Gradually getting out of the flatline... And overall condition is much better.
I like everyone's determination to the nofap challenge! I noticed how it makes us prone to really self-reflect and just intensely meditate. Keep going guys, I know everyone here is smarter and wiser than you know it! After all, even being here is already an accomplishment in itself.
Arent you using up alot of willl power being in so many challenges. Cause of you relapse in one it will cause you. To relapse or fail in another.
I suggest you focus on one. Until you finish it. Then use that momentum and confidence to go onto another.
And about feeling sad try writing down and becoming aware of your positive side. Cause when you start becoming aware of the good side of you. It will give more confidence to keep fighting on

Look at it this way. It's an opportunity to challenge you to learn to control and overcome PMO even without your girlfriend.
Here in my country our university has been shutdown and am now going back home. And it's going to be very boring since am just going to be on internet whole day I guess. Just youtubing and whatspping
So am looking at it as a challenge that I have to learn to overcome and control my urges while in this very tempting situation..
Congs man congs and congs again. The more aware of what triggers you the better you chances to recover.
I think one the things helping me not relapse again is that over the time I have been able to study and know everything that triggers the urges. And am just waiting and alert. Ready to fight and control them.

I'm feeling great today, now comes the first weekend in my current streak. Usually I often relapse on weekends.
I'm staying alert and will stay clean this time.
