    It's been a while since my last post, but I'm happy to say that I passed the 2 week mark!
    Life has been very busy with 3 small children at home that I don't even have time to think about fapping...I know being confined made it hard for most, so I empathize with that obviously. Stay strong, re-calibrate strategies and Godspeed to all!

    Day 2

    3 things I'm thankful for today:

    1) Technology. Although I do put a great deal of effort into not getting sucked into spending all my time in digital spaces, it sure is nice to be able to stream TV and movies and connect with friends over video calls during a time like this.
    2) I'm thankful that here where I live it's a beautiful, sunny day! I've been on a walk today and am planning another later. It's crisp, total blue skies, and warm enough to enjoy being outside. Soooooo good for the soul!
    3) Cooking. I made a baller pasta sauce last night and added some Italian sausage along with the regular ground beef. It was sooooooo good and I can't wait to eat leftovers for dinner tonight!

    Stay strong everyone and don't forget to find things you enjoy in life, no matter how "productive" they are!

    The urge is getting a bit stronger, but it's manageable. Doing a lot of sports and keeping my focus on what can and will be and not what have been.

    Day 6 Im feel good but tired, I couldn't sleep very well past days I don't know why, my heartbeat rate up when I try to sleep, but Im focuse on my goal I will not fail again :oops:

    Lifestyle: reduced caffeine, desserts and alcohol
    - wow, 3 weeks in now, inconceivable!

  19. Checking in, 8/90. Have you made a real decision to do this? Not a 99% decision, but a 100% decision? Don't leave yourself any wiggle-room for failure. Decide to do it - for real, and do it.
