Day 66 yo. Why is that I see lesser people posting here from last 2days.
I joined this forum 263 days ago. Of those 263 days, I was 228 days without M’ing to P.
My family's business is going great right now but I'm working all day, because employees are constantly getting sick (broken leg, depression). New helpers need to be instructed. But it's the first job I actually enjoy and it definitely prevents me from thinking about PMO.
Day 2 done
Day 0 no M
Day 208 no P
Gonna be strict with the reset - got drunk last night with friends I had not seen in a long time and played with myself this morning a little on thoughts of gf - hangovers are a red flag and had this issue before But gonna go clean this time
Keep going guys!
Checking this guys channel for a change A lot of similar stuff to Universal Man but it's nice to hear from other perspective and voice sometimes ))
3 days completed feeling okay okay just wanted to feel normal again
4/90. Good start
Day 1 !
Checking in - day 31
Physically: Feeling great with boosting energy level that i feel I'm not touching the ground when i was walking today.
Mentally: My memory (i donno what to say, reactivated or back to me), what happened is that there is something that i studied by heart seven years ago and forgot it all after three four months, and during the last seven years when ever this thing is played or said in front of me i figure out that it's not there in my memory any more, today it's said in front of me and guess what I REMEMBER IT ALL, i even corrected two mistakes to the person who was saying it.
Ok, let's give a try to this challenge
