    Need Some Advice!
    Yesterday is awful, so many strong urges break into me. I almost abandon, finally I made it. it's really hard to regain my attention aftre the urge grip it. I need something strong to control it. But now I dont have the idea. What I did yesterday is just delaying relapse. But it took a long time. As it disappeared in ten minutes, but come again soon, which costs lots of my energy. And the time I exhausted is the time I abandon myself. What should I do next time if this happens?

    After doing this for a while - resetting with M (no porn or substitues) every few days, break-up, and letting other factors affect my mood (shitty weather, more work etc.) I slowly start feeling like I did over a year ago, when I still had PMO issues. Well not as bad ofc but you get what I mean. Self-Motivation and determination is a bit down, willingness to procrastinate and feelings of being lost :( Why I need to write this down - because I don't want to feel like this and ruin all the progress I have made the past 2 years.

    I need to set my mind on the goals - continue working to be a better person - finish another 90 day challenge, put more work in my bulk period in the gym, work for promotion at work, put more effort to finish my programming courses and produce a VR game prototype.

    I need to remind myself of the work I have done so far - this is important for us to not give up - when you realize how much you have done to reach this point you WILL NOT want to throw all that away:
    - Have been working out with a trainer for 2 years now - recently increased workout plan to 5 days a week from 4 - have never had a better body in my life
    - Have read 15+ books this year - used to not read at all before that - this has opened my mind so much
    - Have attempted a relationship with my ex girl (with which I had ED problems and she broke up because our sex life was awful for her) - we had sex many times this year and it was great! - we realized that this was not the issue anymore but still she decided we should stop ttrying and move on. Anyway - I never thought we could even go out again, or have sex at all - so I count this as a win. At least now she knows that she is attractive to me and this was never her issue and mine only
    - Have been on multiple dates and had a short relationship with another girl where the sex was great! - Anxiety and ED cured!
    - Have finished multiple courses related to self improvement and programming!
    - Kept high spirit despite Covid and other obstacles life throws at us!

    I can't throw all that away and get back to any of my old bad ways!

    I know this is Too Long Didn't Read - but if you reached that point - I want to tell you - Remind yourself of the work you put in and the progress - this will immediately remove any doubt of the direction you want to continue on!

    @VictoryIsOurs Congrats man! This is a great achievement! I hope to finish a second 90 day challenge this year!

    This morning i woke up with 'glory' and the desire to masturbate and let it all out! Next thought was to do it without porn and to only change the goal on this challenge... How easy, one might say?!

    No, it isn't! It is only the start of a journey back into the full programme of endless masturbinges. After putting myself together, I abstained and I'm happy about it:)

    Anyway: These urges starting already after 11 days make me nervous and the next days will be tougher. Let's be strong!

    Yesterday, it was really hard to me mentally.
    Me and my girl tried to have sex..and failed again, she cried...
    It's hard, I've already told her I need time.. But she gets horny everytime we are together...
    When she was crying I tried to not feel guilty, I'm sick but I was never aware I was doing bad things to me..

    Man my day was awful just like this yesterday. I had to fill up my day with my favourite hobbies like exercising, watching sports and socializing/being around with my family and the time flew with minimal urges

    Find a hobby that you love that can outride the PMO thoughts. Mine was watching sports and exercising, also helping others succeed in this noFap journey helps with the urges as well just like what I’m doing

    Also changing your environment can help as well. This article explains that
