Day 4 Today
I just found out that my psiquiatrist moved to a different place, and is unavailable, that's a big bummer for me, as she already knows my situation and now there is a different psiquiatrist but I pay like 70€ instead of 45€.
I went for a run today, to deal with the anxiety. It helped a bit.
After taking a shower I also feel clean and relaxed.
I'll do my best to keep updating here, now more than ever, and commit myself to the suffering that lies ahead and deal with it by doing self-talk and meditation and exercise , journal and whatever.
I'll also look for someone who I can turn to in my critical moments.

Day 23/90 Had more than 8 hours of sleep from last night. Good and sunny day today. No more fog.
I am very sorry bothers after 77 days I have failed, I don't feel too bad, I just feel disappointed in me, but it's ok I will be a better man after today!

I was stuck in a vicious cycle for a few days. fortunately, things are better today
