Day 9/90 completed should I add do pmo full coz I have some control over my sex fantasy?
Day 1 of 90. I feel motivated. Did some yoga and exercise and have changed my diet too. Resisting those little urges. I know these are early days in this long detox. Really hoping I can come out of it better.
5/90, last evening did 3.5 kms running to an extent that I could barely stand, forget about fapping.

Wow, over 1/3 the way through now. Feels good!
Getting hard as I'm approaching 2nd week. Always 2nd and 3rd week is crucial... It's "be or not to be" in the game for me. Had some sexy dreams last night plus that chick at work drives me crazy. I can feel the tension between us...
But hey I'm still motivated and strong.. although extra careful of what I watch, think and how much alcohol I drink.

Day 7 - 29/10/20 - 8:27pm
Great day, mood has been high from the moment I woke up, productivity was great and the morning especially was crushed. No urges today. First 7 days are up now, the only urges that have occurred have been moments of laying in bed after a scheduled wake up time which was just 2 occasions, not too challenging these 7 days. One new habit that has been a huge help has been using NoFap resources like affirmaitons. After morning meditation emptying my brain I fill it back up again with NoFap videos and statements I have saved, also before bed. I will be keeping this up.
Day 4/90. Not the best day, but I was able to get through it so far. Going on a walk now and looking forward to listening to a podcast.

Studying and working out has been really helping me a lot to control my urges, today is my arms workout. Now in day 6
