Day 1 went well.
Day 2/7 checking in.
Doing great for these past days. However, tomorrow is my day off, and I usually tend to slip during these days.
I know that is my weakness, but I am aware of it, so hopefully tomorrow I can keep the streak going!

Day 32 & 33
Just wanted to tell you what did change my life for the better, and helped me a lot to quit PMO:
Exercise and avoiding any artificial source of dopamine (watching useless stuff in YouTube, Facebook, Netflix, videogames, etc. Both points are really important...
(Also if you're a man of Faith):
The most important point: trust in God, accepting and offering any pain or suffering (including temptations).
Day 3/90. Exhausted but plugging along. Need to stay attentive to my body.
Day 88 & 89/90
Day 81 21 days without a drink.
I am convinced that trigger management and understanding the root of all the triggers is the path to a life of happiness, excitement and meaning.

Relapse from 100+ days yesterday. The result of skipping workout. But I will never give up and I will start again in 30 days challenge forum.
