Day 0 - relapsed. I can put together streaks of at least 7 days sometimes up to mid 30s or 40s but I think the reason I'm struggling to cross the line is that while I can give up PMO I haven't found something to replace it. All my life is right now is paid for 4 days but working 6 days a week job which leaves me drained and too tired to go to meetups and maybe try online dating
btw - i quit smoking+nicotine 254 days ago!! so my dopamine is finally getting its sensitivity back - all the small things in life are now sooo enjoyable... a tree, an animal, a coffee.. a deep breath!!
