Ok - late start from me!! (Apologies!)

I’m aiming for a 90 day reboot and see where I go from there… so thought I’d set small targets… aiming for 30, then 60, then 90! But having re read I should have started this one at same time!!

but here I am… on my first attempt at cleaning up my act on nofap… starting day 13!!
