Admitting your powerlessness over addiction is the first and most important step in recovery I should have known about this a long time ago and not wasted my energy on confrontation
Embrace the urge.. stand there.. turn all devices off in the morning.. then sit in chair and relax.. let the urge take over.. and just breath and stare at walls.. and think positive..
Day 45 of 365. The urges to watch P are beginning to hit. Luckily I’m in a job delivering for Uber so the morning to mid afternoon I’m occupied. We’re getting there people.. once you got 90 days under your belt you’ve cracked it got the jackpot then the rest is easier gets easier. You need to stay productive my people. Turning off the devices or setting safety filters is very important.. easily done on an iPhone. Fight the urges. Read your Bible or Quran. Do not give up.
started on the 25th November, been 3 days completely clean, told myself to never watch porn or fap, it’s ruined my life, my confidence, anxiety, depression. i’ll be visiting this thread every 7 days to update you guys. let’s do this!
