Day 45/90

Like many things in biology, it's cyclical. Some days can be pretty daunting, and even now, there are days when I've got a strong compulsion to just type a few keystrokes and do my thing. However, in time, you will find there are days that are 'easier', although the old Drill Sergeant line rings true - the only easy day was yesterday.

Personal Trainers usually use the 21-day mark to indicate the starting of a habit (when it comes to exercise), and you'll find, in time, that not masturbating becomes a habit, much like masturbating is. For me it's become more a point of simply changing my parameters - sure, I could pleasure myself, but I don't want that as much as I want other things. It is difficult, and a few people I've told have thought I'm nuts for doing it, but people think I'm nuts for doing all sorts of things, and one thing I'm trying to learn is that the opinions of others really shouldn't shape my world.

Stick with it, and if you do relapse, be kind to yourself. You've got this.

Congratulation on completing 90 days without fapping great achievement and feat surely will encourage people like me who wants to quit pmo.hope I will also make it to 90 -180-365-infinty.

I have lots of online classwork to complete today. I hope to get an opportunity to go watch a movie tonight thinking about seeing "Crazy Rich Asians". I heard it was good.

 

3/90, First 3 days were easy as always. Taken all my showers cold, hate it but it feels good to train my willpower in this way. Long streak ahead still, I hope I will keep finding the strength to not watch P, drink less, shower cold and to keep on exercising. Have to focus on creating good habits! Good luck friends!

 

Day 28/90. (Getting closer to 30 days)

 

Really tough afternoon at times with urges but got through it. 10/90 complete! Good luck all & fair play to everyone for doing this challenge!

Day 6 out of 90. I feel great!!! I feel like I can overcome anything including this reboot. I don't have the urges as much but it's lingering around. 84 days left to go

 

Fell a couple of days back, been away from this forum, but on day 10/90. Chugging along.
