[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 72 of 90. Wife thinks I'm showing signs of relapsing. Don't really know what I am doing to make her think that. It bothers me some that she thinks that. I've been kind of to myself lately and maybe that's a reason why.

Starting another day free of PMO. Yesterday the thought came to me to view naked pictures on internet and I felt a wave of relief. Like a drug addict imagining his next fix or an alcoholic picturing his next drink. That's the impulse that tripped me up the past several times I relapsed. I let it pass without acting on it.

 

Well I find my counter at 0 again after being away for a while.Don't give up your fight against this, it just isn't worth it.REWIRE FOR GOOD!

did you fap? did you edge? no, so that´s no a relapse. yeah probably some dopamine got release but it could be worst.
anyways in the future it´s better to nop even start peeking. that´s how relapse begins.

 

day 13, feeling very tired and a little sad. i guess is part of the process.

Day 5 of 90. I kind of feel urges but not as much. I have a goal to follow and I intend to finish it without any problems. I'll fight the demon within me and come out victorious. 85 days left!!!

Day 17/90. Long day, feeling really tired. Some shitty thoughts crossed my mind today, it's been a while since that happened. My own mind is my worst enemy, but I don't plan to let it get to me..
