i´m not in flatline anymore. i have sexual desire but i don´t feel any urges to masturbate or watch porn. i guess by motivating myself every day to why i´m doing this maybe i gain repulsion to porn or something . it´s true, i don´t feel any compulsion to watch porn or fap. but i will not let my defenses down, battle stations always.

Day 78 of 90. Tired from work. Been a long week. Got 1 more day because of overtime this week. Be glad when I'm back to only working 4 days. Work been a little stressful. But not to the point where I have to act out. I've come to far to have a set back now.
