Day 16 pGMeAD 3! more thought about the meaning of the words than about saying them ,slept alright about 7.5 hours,meditated,ate very moderately but in the evening,was active through the day!
Day 17 pgmEAd 3! Prayer was just reading out loud and a lame attempt in bed, went to bed later then usual and woke up later, meditation was rather short and split 15 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at lunchtime,ate moderately and vegetarian, was active physically, and just got some sort of tiredness crush in front of the screen so that d came later than usual, but hey here it is !
Well done! Day 18 pGMEAD 3!Prayed by reading psalms, slept good enough, meditated 1 hour, ate moderately and was active enough through the day.
Day 19 pgMEAD 3! Prayer just talk and thinking about words, slept somewhat shorter than planned -7hrs, meditated for 30 minutes was fine today, ate quite moderately and was active through the day.
Day 20 pgmEAD 3! if reading bible counts as prayer then i prayed, slept alright although went to bed latish,meditated just for 15 minutes, ate moderately, move around a lot and keep consistency in accountability as well as followed challenges I like apart from my own.

Day 21 pgMEaD 3! slept so so but good amount, meditation was an expanding body limits testing ,ate quite moderately 2 times brealfast and dinner, active enough physically.
What? Never heard of the guy, are his books good? I do indeed need to lose a lot of weight, but I think I have a deeper mental block, not sure if a another self–help book is what I need, I still haven't finished the last one I bought. Also, reading some reviews they seem to be pretty negative. What exactly is his advice in the book? Just to eat vegetarian? Cause if so, that's utter BS lol.
