  9. I’m sorry to have been absent guys. I relapsed bad…I didn’t see any light at the end of this tunnel. I’m back to try it again I really want to do this. When I feel urges I need to come here. I need to stop falling back into this, I feel so disgusted afterwards. I’m sorry again, I’m starting over today. I know I can do this

  10. Thank you, I’ve had a really bad few weeks. Got pretty dark for a bit. But it’s really, really nice to come back and see a message like this. Thank you for the confidence boost. I’m on Day 0 right now, and I’m striving for a week. I have vide-games to play and friends to see. I can do this, we can do this!

    You're very welcome! And for what it's worth I've held off for 10 days since then, and it has indeed been a struggle. Having a backup plan is essential for when the urges arise. Just make sure to budget your time wisely, and trust yourself to meet your goals. You can definitely do this! I'm always willing to help if you need it.

    Hey all, I'm amx. I'm 34 and I'm really focused right now on shaping what the rest of my life will look like. I've had some really great relationships with some really great women, but I know for a fact that my addictions, especially to porn and masturbation, have impacted them in a negative way. To fix this I'm basically avoiding any situations that could let me fall into temptation. I'm on day 14. I've been mostly studying for class and I walked the dog today. I'm hoping that a year from now I don't even recognize my daily lifestyle.

    I feel the same way, I don't want to recognize myself in a year. Of course, that intimidates me because of how far I'll have to move forwards, but we just gotta keep on the right path! And yeah, I agree it's best to avoid temptations altogether.

    I do workouts but they're pretty random. I mostly just hang around the machines, I don't lift as of right now. My main focus has been chest/abs so far, arms haven't been as much as a priority and I'm still pretty new to the whole fitness scene

    Checking in. I passed the 100 days mark. My previous record was of 111 days. Getting close to pass it. No social media and no picking is helping me to achieve great results. I'll keep it this way, because being in control of myself is more important than a few seconds of illusional pleasure. Stay strong people, and pick yourself up when bumps happen. There is nothing wrong in being weak, but don't accept weakness as your main road, there is much more of ourselves to be discovered.

    Relapsed, but no p, only m and o, that makes it better.
    The teas make it waaay easier to resist. I have so many blockers installed and updated, I needed to download "Tor" to download and print some yoga asana pdf ( I block google.com and therefore the driver.google.com is unavailable,too),
    BUT I only did that, no edging! That felt really good, good the self-esteem .
