    taking it easier today with the training. I’ve bumped it up some but not all that much. WHM has been good for my energy levels.

    WHM gets me WebHost Manager which makes no sense in your sentence.

    I am approaching day 2. I'm going to bake some cookies tomorrow for christmas, wish me luck.

    Day one, my average streak is not even 24 hours but this time I will succeed.
    I'm using a template for 90 days, you can find it if you search up ''nofap brain template'', can't post links or images yet.

    man sleeping at moms has been Om too warm most days. I’m sleepy oh well. Guess I can always nap later, got a little time to hang with the SO (significant other) then I’ll just idk read or something

    maybe I can even have a bit to study today

    Again starting with day 0.
    Today I relapsed and now I committed to make my 90 day challenge again.
    I wrote my mistakes. I made the list of dos and donts. I took oath to complete 90 day this time at all costs...

    Excited for my christmas cookies, will post a picture below when they are done.

    I have done an excellent job staying fap free over the weekend, I just finished my college semester with an A, and I have a big vacation coming up.
    The vacation will be both enjoyable and challenging, wish me luck!!!

    PS @ZenYogi I looked up the wimhof method (just the breathing exercise) and it seems cool. I have been meditating for 30 minutes almost every night(relapses mess me up), started at 5-10 minutes and worked my way up. I will look into trying that out when my practice becomes better. I tried 45 minutes the other night and copped out at around 38 minutes when my back started to feel numb then my attention turned to anxiety about my posture and my resolve crumpled.

  13. Day 2. I'm actually doing ok today so far. I've ben busy with work and that busts the boredom which sends my mind in a different path.

    alright back to being serious about my sleep schedule. I’m keeping my alarms on 24/7 forever no days off the alarms. My sleeps too important to be slacking and staying up late. At least leaving the alarm on reminds me that I want to sleep as close to 10 at possible

    @EVERYONE PLEASE READ!

    We potentially have four people to try to get the Naruto Revamp thread going.

    I want to get a head count to see if anyone is interested in posting on that thread regularly. A lot of people on here have been struggling to get their streaks going and I believe that if you give the shinobi thread a try it’s worth it to see if that could help ignite a spark to keep your streak going.

    trying new things to stay sober is worth a try. I’ll probably still post here too as I like this thread . Always fun to give an image to Naruto tho

    Day 1
    Today was a bad day... My exam result declared and it was not a good result.
    I was depressed but still putting my ass in work that I am supposed to do, today.
    Yesterday, when I made my commitments, I wrote my tasks for today, and now I'm doing them with my full potential.
    My goals that will complete in 90 days :
    1) Work hard to make my final result best
    2) workout and gain 7-10 ponds of weight in 90 days
    3) Keep my streak upto 90 days
     
  17. Day 3. Should be pretty ok as I'm off out at a social event. So, no boredom or anxiety triggers. Got to be vigilant for tomorrow though.

    Yesterday I was in a pretty bad mood for some reason, but today I feel much better.
    The strangest thing I started to notice is that I have dreams almost every night. Some nights I counted 4 dreams. Before recovery I only dreamt a few times a month. I looked into it, and found out that other people who are recovering from porn addiction share the same experience, it has something to do with the reward pathways. I was very surprised by this finding. So I guess this is another amazing perk of the recovery process.
    I think my main goal for now is finding accountability partners. It's good to post here, but I think I need someone who goes through the same things, and we can help eachother.(If you're also looking for an AP, feel free to pm me)
