Since I can't keep track of the threads I joined (I'm pretty mind-numbed as I typed this rn, since I PMO-d twice), I'm just gonna make a quick PSA that I did.

7/1/17-8/24/17: 55 days with technicalities (was already looking at sexy bikini pics prior to relapse)

Causes:

1) Mindset that I was thinking about relapse, porn, etc
2) I was in my room a lot

Cliche lessons that I already know what to do even beforehand:

1) Change mindset
2) Be busy (especially with my dog)

 

Workout - No, I dont have a car. Still learning how to drive since Im in that young age of 19 lol

Meditate - Will give it a shot

Socialize - Yes. I have friends
