Okay if it didn't work then the next step of Desire/Satan is to give you ideas about people that you find attractive. For example if You are watching tv and You see a beautiful wo/man then your Desire/Satan will say, "That wo/man is smoking hot, you should def checkout his/her nude/porn." Okay go ahead and find a way to counter this on your own... Back again! the consequences of falling for this trap is: You won't def find his/her nude/porn cause not all people are doing porn/nude (Lol) but what it does actually is to open you up for a porn. Your desire/Satan will say, "Ah, Bummers! But hey you should def watch a yoga porn (ok lol my secrets revealed, I'm all about yoga vids) watch the porn but don't Fap." And that's what you'll do cause at this time because you're probably in a quiet alone place. But to counter this situation is to use all your will power and shut down your phone/computer. 3. So if it still doesn't work and your watching your favorite porn, your desire/Satan will come up and say, "Bro why don't fap?" At this time you have no control, you are focused on the porn and you start rubbing. Okay I'll be back meanwhile try to find a counter move! Ok back again, so at this moment you've lost all your hope of not fapping because you are doing it already but to no worries there's a counter move for this, do your best to lose your focus on the porn and think of something else (preferably something you care about) for me I care about soccer and if I fap I'd feel exhausted and I won't perform the best of my plays, just thinking about it will decrease my hunger for my masturbation and I'll stop! 4. So if it still doesn't work do the following: (okay I'll explain Satan and desire differently here but the counter move is the same) 1.
